- The application must be submitted at least one month before the preparation or participation period, unless a justified impediment is accepted by the competent department.
The following supporting documents must be attached to the application:
Proof of the individual’s participation in sports games or championships.
Proof of participation of the national team, club, or federation.
Evidence of obtaining approval from the Ministry and the relevant Sports Federation in the case of clubs.
Evidence of obtaining approval from the Olympic Committee in the case of sports federations.
- Athletes must return to work within 3 days after the end of an overseas mission and within 1 day for local participations.
- The Ministry maintains specialized records to track leave requests and the total durations utilized by each athlete.
