Snap Fix is an innovative digital service that enables beneficiary entities to submit maintenance requests directly to the maintenance department through an easy-to-use online system. This streamlined process saves time and effort while ensuring faster follow-up and efficient issue resolution. The service also allows the general public and visitors of sports facilities to report any faults or technical issues, helping maintain high operational standards and service quality.

Required Documents

Supporting Photos: Clear photos or snapshots showcasing the specific defect or damage required for maintenance (to be uploaded directly via the Please Upload Photos field).

Note: No official physical documents are required; the system relies entirely on the accurate entry of your facility details and contact information.

Service Steps

  1. Open the SnapFix online form:Open the SnapFix online form:
    https://snapfix.powerappsportals.com/SnapFix

  2. Fill out the form 

    • Select the request type.
    • Select the service type.
    • Select the maintenance type.
    • Enter the details of the required maintenance work.
    • Select the required maintenance location.
    • Enter the facility and address details, including building number, road number, block number, area, and governorate.
    • Enter the contact details, including email address and mobile number.
    • Upload photos of the maintenance issue, if available.

  3. Complete the security verification code.

  4. Submit the request electronically.
